Live-in Butler/Houseman required for a single lady based in Paris in the 8eme.
We are looking for a mature experienced Butler who is trustworthy, serious and responsible, with a strong personality and authority to guide the rest of the household staff and a nice character to get along with the others. You will be in charge of the safety and security of the premises, general maintenance and cleaning of the surface of the ground floor (2 garages + front garden), surface of the basement (swimming pool, small gym, machines rooms), terrace and small garden (2m x 5m), cleaning the windows. Also checking the proper functioning of machines related to the heating, air conditioning and swimming pool as well as all electrical appliances and devices (in case of problem immediately notify the related maintenance contractors), Fixing things around the property, driving, etc... Working days: 5 ½ days per week. Start at 8am - flexible about hours according to the presence of the employer. You must also be able to speak good English and if you know some French this is certainly a bonus. You will also be covering for the PA sometimes (picking up phone etc when she is not around).
